Frequently Asked Questions

 

Here are some answers about my shop and some store policies, too.  Please contact me with any further questions.

What is your return policy?

 

We do not accept returns unless there has been a mistake on our part (i.e. wrong item sent, etc.).  If an item has been broken or damaged in the mail and it was due to our packaging error, please send us a photo of the item and we will send you a new one if possible.  If we are unable to create/send a new one, you will be refunded.

What if my item is damaged in the mail?

 

We do carefully package all orders to help your orders arrive safely.  Please purchase the "insurance" listing if you would like to purchase insurance on your order for only $0.99 USD.

Where are you based?

 

We are located in the midwest United States.

Do I need a PayPal account to checkout?

No, this checkout process does NOT require that you have a PayPal account to order!  Go to your cart, choose "checkout", and you will be led to the PayPal screen.  Along with the option to login to your PayPal account, there will be a button that says, "Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal credit."  Add your payment and mailing information and you're set to go!
